- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Promíscuo Municipal de Puerto Leguízamo, el día seis (6) de junio de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. CONCEDER al señor MIGUEL ANGEL RUBIO BRAVO la tutela de su derecho a obtener las copias por él solicitadas ante la ALCALDIA MUNICIPAL DE PUERTO LEGUIZAMO.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR a la Alcaldesa de Puerto Leguízamo que expida las copias de los documentos solicitados por el peticionario MIGUEL ANGEL RUBIO BRAVO en el término improrrogable de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contado a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, si para la fecha de esta última no ha sido resuelta la solicitud.
- Cuarto. LIBRENSE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 para los efectos allí contemplados.
