Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por la Seccion Primera de la Sala Contencioso Administrativa del Consejo de Estado, En su lugar, CONCEDER la proteccion de los derechos al trabajo, al pago oportuno del salario y al minimo vital.
Segundo. ORDENAR a E.S.E. Hospital de Baranoa que en el termino de un mes inicie y culmine las gestiones administrativas que le permitan atender con el pago de los salarios adeudados a las senoras Angela Gil de Palma, Carmen Jimenez Gonzalez y Martha Van Strahlen la totalidad de los salarios que se le adeudan.
Tercero. El desacato a las ordenes impartidas en esta providencia, se sancionara de conformidad con lo senalado en el articulo 52 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
Cuarto. Por Secretaria librese la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
