- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del 22 de noviembre de 1999, proferida por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Laboral del Circuito de Cali.
- Segundo. CONCEDER el amparo del derecho al debido proceso administrativo en favor de Fernando Espinosa Sarria, para lo cual se ordena al Jefe del Departamento de Atencion al Pensionado del Seguro Social, Seccional Valle, decidir los recursos de reposicion y apelacion interpuestos por el actor contra la Resolucion No. 008559 del 23 de febrero de 1.999 de ese Departamento.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria librese la comunicacion prevista en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
