- R E S U E L V E:
- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia de marzo 22 de 1994, proferida por el Juzgado Civil Municipal de Corozal.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela del derecho a la igualdad en la atención de la salud a la señora DOMITILA BUELVAS HERNANDEZ y, en consecuencia, ordenar al Director del Hospital Regional "Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes" de Corozal, Sucre, la reiniciación de la prestación del servicio público de salud a la mencionada señora con el fin de corregir efectivamente y a cargo exclusivo de la entidad de salud la enfermedad que presenta - cistocele grado II -, de conformidad con el consentimiento de la afectada y con las posibilidades científicas existentes para lograr dicho objetivo.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR al Director del Hospital Regional "Nuestra Señora de las Mercedes" de Corozal, Sucre, que una vez se practique debidamente la respectiva intervención quirúrgica a la peticionaria, lo acredite ante el Juzgado de primera instancia, bajo las sanciones legales del artículo 53 del Decreto 2591 de 1991. El Juzgado Civil Municipal de Corozal velará por la ejecución de esta sentencia.
- CUARTO. LIBRESE comunicación al mencionado Juzgado, con miras a que se surta la notificación de esta providencia, según lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
