- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo de fecha nueve (9) de mayo de mil novecientos noventa y siete(1997) proferido por el Juez
- Segundo. Laboral del Circuito de Cali.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela del derecho de petición y de trabajo del señor MANUEL JOSE CALZADA CHAMORRO, a quien la Corporación Autónoma Regional del Valle del Cauca deberá responderle de fondo y de manera clara su petición sobre la veracidad del documento por ella suscrito en el año de 1958 y que tiene que ver con la situación laboral del peticionario. Para ello la entidad deberá proceder dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo. Igualmente, la entidad , dentro del mismo término deberá remitir al señor Calzada los documentos y constancias de trabajo del tiempo de servicios prestados a esa entidad.
- Tercero. Dese cumplimiento a lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
