- Primero. CONFIRMAR las sentencias del Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo de San Andrés, Providencia y Santa Catalina y del Consejo de Estado, que negaron la acción de tutela instaurada por la peticionaria.
- Segundo. ORDENAR oficiar, incluyéndole copia de la presente sentencia, al señor Comandante de la Policía del Departamento de San Andrés Providencia y Santa Catalina, para que por el tiempo que considere prudencial se vigile al señor Ghassam Ousma El Okde, con el fin de impedir que vuelvan a ocurrir los hechos que dieron a que la demandante impetrara la aludida medida de protección, con fundamento en la ley 294 de 1996.
- Tercero. Líbrese por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
