- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR las sentencias relacionadas con la acción de la referencia, proferidas por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Villanueva, Guajira, el 27 de febrero de 1995 y por el Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de San Juan del Cesar, Guajira, de 21 de abril de 1995.
