- Primero. CONFIRMASE por las razones expuestas, la sentencia del Tribunal Superior de Bogotá, Sala de Decisión Civil, que a su vez confirmara la decisión del Juez 24 Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, que denegó la tutela pedida por la sociedad "Pinski y Asociados S.A." en contra del Superintendente de Sociedades.
- Segundo. Expresamente se advierte que no tiene valor cualquier actuación realizada en cumplimiento de la sentencia T-120 de marzo 29 de 1993, declarada nula y a la cual ésta reemplaza.
- Tercero. Comuníquese al Juez 24 Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
