- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion Politica,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Confirmase el fallo de tutela calendado 13 de mayo de 1994 y proferido por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial -Sala Laboral- de Santafe de Bogota, por medio del cual ordeno a la Caja Nacional de Prevision Social de esta ciudad, resolver en el termino de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificacion de la providencia, la solicitud de reconocimiento de la pension de jubilacion, presentada el 18 de noviembre de 1993, por la senora Ana Florinda Navas Duran.
- Segundo. Comunicar el contenido de esta decision al Juez
- Sexto. Laboral del Circuito de esta ciudad, el cual procedera de conformidad con el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
