Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cali, Sala Civil, el seis (6) de marzo de 1996, que confirmo el fallo dictado por el Juzgado
Cuarto. Civil del Circuito de Santiago de Cali, el veinte (20) de de febrero del mismo ano, con respecto a la tutela radicada bajo el numero T-94.490 cuya accionante es la ciudadana Adriana Posso Vidal, en cuanto nego la tutela de los derechos fundamentales invocados.
Segundo. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Cali, el veintisiete (27) de marzo de 1996, que confirmo la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Sexto. Civil del Circuito de Cali, el veintiseis (26) de febrero del mismo ano, que denego la tutela formulada por Elsa Elena Andrade Sanchez, contenida en el expediente numero T-96.737, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
Tercero. LIBRENSE por secretaria, las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
