- Primero. LEVANTAR la suspensión de términos ordenada en el auto del 7 de marzo de 2000.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala de Casación Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, pero únicamente en consideración a la carencia actual de objeto de la tutela.
- Tercero. ENCOMIENDASE al Tribunal Superior de Bogotá, Sala Civil, verificar que los dineros consignados por FINANCOOP en el Banco Agrario y puestos a disposición de dicho Tribunal, sean efectivamente entregados a Isaac Jiménez.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
