- PRIMERO. CONFIRMASE en todas sus partes la sentencia del Juzgado
- Octavo. Penal Municipal de Cali, proferira en la tutela de la referencia, el 19 de mayo de 1995, con la ADICION de oficiar a la correspondiente Defensoria de Menores para que, si lo estima pertinente, de aplicacion a las normas sobre el menor abandonado o en peligro fisico o moral, contempladas en el Codigo del Menor.
- SEGUNDO. Comuniquese inmediatamente al Juez de primera instancia para que efectue las notificaciones y adopte las decisiones senaladas en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
- TERCERO. Enviese copia de este fallo al Defensor del Pueblo.
