- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casación Civil, de fecha tres (3) de febrero de mil novecientos noventa y ocho (1998), en la acción de tutela promovida por el apoderado del Banco Popular contra el Juzgado 13 Laboral del Circuito de Bogotá. En consecuencia, se deniega la tutela solicitada.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones a que se refiere el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
