- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado 61 Civil Municipal de Santa Fe de Bogotá, mediante el cual se negó el amparo solicitado. En su lugar, SE CONCEDE la tutela de los derechos fundamentales invocados. En consecuencia, se ordena al particular demandado que, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente sentencia, cancele a la peticionaria lo adeudado. En el mismo plazo deberá afiliar a la trabajadora al sistema de seguridad social y, mientras principia efectivamente la prestación de los correspondientes servicios, asumirá íntegramente los gastos y riesgos por salud correspondientes a la empleada y sus beneficiarios.
- Segundo. DAR cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
