- PRIMERO. Revocase la decision tomada el 10 de mayo del 1994 por el Juzgado 52 Civil Municipal de Santafe de Bogota en la accion de tutela de la referencia.
- SEGUNDO. Se tutela el derecho al trabajo a la educacion y el principio de igualdad y por consiguiente se ordena al Instituto Tecnico Industrial Piloto de esta ciudad que en el termino de 48 horas reintegre a George Edward Prieto Abello a la jornada de la manana del Bachillerato Tecnico Industrial a fin de que pueda continuar trabajando en las horas de la tarde.
- TERCERO. Notifiquese al Rector de dicho Instituto, al solicitante de esta tutela y al Defensor del Pueblo.
