- Primero. CONFIRMASE la sentencia de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casación Laboral, de fecha febrero tres (3) de 1994, que a su vez confirmó la dictada por el Tribunal Superior de Santafé de Bogotá, el día 30 de noviembre de 1993, sentencia ésta última que denegó la acción de tutela promovida por la sociedad "Prosantana Ltda". contra el auto dictado por el Consejo de Estado, Sección 4a. de la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo, el día 23 de octubre de 1992.
- Segundo. COMUNIQUESE por Secretaría General, la presente sentencia al Tribunal Superior de Santafé de Bogotá, D.C. para los efectos establecidos en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
