El actor solicita el pago del 100% de su incapacidad ya que devenga el salario mínimo y solo se le ha cancelado el 50% del mismo ocasionándole graves perjuicios.
La Sala encontró que en el trámite de la acción, la entidad accionada reconoció y pago a favor del actor el valor completo de las incapacidades por lo tanto se decide declarar improcedente la acción por hecho superado.
