- PRIMERO. Confirmar la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafe de Bogota, Sala de Familia, el 31 de marzo de 1995, en la cual tutelo los derechos fundamentales de los menores Cubillos Turriago.
- SEGUNDO. Ordenar que se omita la identidad de los menores involucrados en este proceso, en toda publicacion que se haga de esta providencia, a fin de salvaguardar sus derechos fundamentales.
- TERCERO. Comunicar este fallo de revision al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafe de Bogota, Sala de Familia, a traves de la Secretaria General, para los fines del articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
