- Primero. REVOCAR, las sentencias proferidas por los Juzgados Trece Civil Municipal y Veintisiete Civil del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá de fechas 10 de noviembre de 1997 y 16 de enero de 1998 respectivamente. En consecuencia, niégase la tutela impetrada.
- Segundo. Líbrese por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
