- Primero. CONFÍRMASE la sentencia del Consejo de Estado, de fecha 27 de febrero de 1995, por la cual se denegó la tutela solicitada por el señor René Córdoba Mantilla. REVÓCASE lo relativo a la condena en costas, de conformidad con la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. COMUNÍQUESE la presente decisión al Tribunal Administrativo del Magdalena, para que sea notificada a las partes, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
