- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juez 26 Civil del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, y DENEGAR la tutela a la Junta de Acreedores Concordatarios de Casa Club Ltda., por las razones antes expuestas.
- SEGUNDO. A través de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional enviar copia de esta sentencia al Juzgado 26 Civil del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, al Alcalde Mayor de Santafé de Bogotá, a la Procuraduría de Bienes del Distrito Capital, al Instituto de Desarrollo Urbano -I.D.U.-, al Departamento Administrativo de Planeación Distrital, al Defensor del Pueblo y a la Junta de Acreedores de "Casa Club" Ltda.
