- Primero. Revocar la decisión adoptada por el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Quibdó, en sentencia del 25 de julio de 2000 y, en su lugar, confirmar la decisión del 9 de mayo de 2000, adoptada por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil Municipal de Quibdó, en cuanto denegó la tutela interpuesta por los accionantes mencionados en los antecedentes de esta providencia.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria, LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista por el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
