- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 5 de julio de 2000, por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Medellin en el expediente T-381271, y la proferida el 21 de febrero de 2000 por el Juzgado
- Primero. Penal del Circuito de Medellin en la tutela T324025, en cuanto concedieron la tutela por violacion del derecho a la igualdad. En su lugar NEGAR las tutelas.
- Segundo. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del 7 de abril de 2000 proferida por el Juzgado
