- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá, Sala Laboral, el veintiseis (26) de marzo de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993) que confirmó la del Juzgado
- Noveno. Laboral del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá el cinco (5) de marzo de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. CONCEDER la tutela por violación del derecho fundamental de petición y en tal virtud se ordena a la CAJA NACIONAL DE PREVISION SOCIAL resolver la petición elevada por GUILLERMO
- SEGUNDO. ROCHA LARROTA, dentro del término improrrogable de 48 horas, contado a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, si para la fecha de esta última no ha sido resuelta la solicitud.
- Tercero. LIBRENSE por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 para los efectos allí contemplados.
