- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del dos (2) de abril de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), proferida por el Juzgado Veintinueve (29) Civil del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota, Distrito Capital, por la cual se nego la accion de tutela presentada por ARGEMIRO YEPEZ GUZMAN, MANUEL ANTONIO Y LUIS EDUARDO ROMERO TORO contra una orden de lanzamiento emitida por la Inspeccion Novena C Distrital de Policia, pero por las razones de la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por Secretaria se comunique la presente decision al Juzgado Veintiseis (26) Civil Municipal de este Distrito Capital, en los terminos y para los efectos contemplados en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
