- Primero. Revocar la sentencia de instancia adoptada por el Juzgado Civil del Circuito de Istmina Chocó dentro de la acción de tutela instaurada por Luis Enrique Mena Mosquera, disponiendo en su lugar el pago de los salarios adeudados, para lo cual se le otorga al ente demandado un plazo de 48 horas, contados a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, previos los trámites presupuestales a que haya lugar conforme a las normas orgánicas de presupuesto. Asimismo se previene a la entidad accionada para que en adelante pague oportuna y satisfactoriamente los salarios que se causen a favor del actor.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
