- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Séptimo. Civil del Circuito de Bucaramanga. En su lugar TUTELAR el derecho de petición del cual es titular señor Jorge Alirio Sánchez Hernández.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Gobernación de Santander, representada por el Gobernador del Departamento, que, a mas tardar dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, si así no lo hubiere hecho, resuelva de fondo, concreta y completamente, sobre la solicitud elevada por el actor.
- Tercero. PREVENIR a la entidad demandada para que se apreste a cumplir lo señalado en este fallo, so pena de incurrir en desacato, y para que en lo sucesivo no repita la omisión que dio origen a la presente acción.
