Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Jericó (Antioquia) el 13 de septiembre de 1999, al resolver sobre la acción de tutela incoada por Miguel Londoño Hernández contra el Alcalde Municipal de Tarso y, en su lugar, CONCEDER la protección solicitada.
Segundo. ORDENAR al Alcalde del Municipio de Tarso que dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a la inmediata cancelación de las mesadas pensionales que se adeudan a Miguel Londoño Hernández, con cargo a los recursos previstos en el artículo 6 de la Ley 549 de 1999.
Tercero. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
