- en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Confirmar la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Montería, el catorce (14) de diciembre de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), en el asunto de la referencia, por las razones precedentes.
- Segundo. Amparar el derecho de petición del señor Galo Rojas Martínez, en su calidad de Presidente de la Junta de Acción Comunal del Barrio San Martín -Segunda Etapa-, para lo cual se ordena a l Director de la Corporación Autónoma de Regional de los Valles del Sinú y San Jorge -CVS-, pronunciarse sobre las solicitudes elevadas por el actor mediante escritos de 25 de novimebre de 1992 y 28 de abril de 1993, en el término perentorio de 48 horas, contadas a partir de la notificación del presente fallo.
- Tercero. Comunicar la presente decisión al Juzgado
- Primero. Civil del Circuito de MOntería, para los efectos de la notificación a las partes, de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
