- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido el 7 de julio de 1999 por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Penal del Circuito de Tunja, que denegó la tutela interpuesta por FLOR ELVIRA RUSSI RODIGUEZ contra HERNAN JOAQUIN FONSECA JIMENEZ, el cual a su vez fue confirmado en segunda instancia por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de la misma ciudad, a través de sentencia fechada el 13 de agosto de 1999.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría General, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
