- en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia del Honorable Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá, del siete (7) de diciembre de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994), y en su lugar ordenar al Consejo Superior Universitario de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas, que sea reajustada la pensión de jubilación del señor Daniel Ceballos Nieto, conforme lo ordena la ley y en guarda del derecho a la igualdad, según se ha expuesto en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Segundo. Comunicar la presente decisión en los términos del artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
