- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de San Diego -Cesar-, el día veintinueve (29) de septiembre de mil novecientos noventa y ocho (1998), y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela del derecho de petición de los señores IVAN RODOLFO PADILLA ZEQUEIRA y JAIME RAMOS ROJAS, contra la Junta Seccional de Escalafón del Departamento del Cesar.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Junta Seccional de Escalafón del Departamento del Cesar, que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contados a partir de la notificación de la presente providencia si aún no lo ha hecho, proceda a resolver de fondo las peticiones elevadas por los señores IVAN RODOLFO PADILLA ZEQUEIRA y JAIME RAMOS ROJAS
- Tercero. LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
