- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, mediante el cual se negó la tutela interpuesta por la accionante.
- Segundo. TUTELAR los derechos a la vida, a la salud y a la seguridad social de Martha Yaneth González. ORDENAR al Seguro Social, Seccional Cundinamarca, que, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia, disponga que se practique a la demandante la operación requerida y se le presten los cuidados que necesita para recuperar su salud, bajo vigilancia médica y según las instrucciones del personal científico, que debe indicar la oportunidad de la cirugía.
- Tercero. REMÍTANSE copias de esta providencia y del expediente al Procurador General de la Nación, para lo de su cargo.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaria, LÍBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
