- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 18 de julio de 2000 por el Juzgado
- Tercero. Laboral del Circuito de Barranquilla. En su lugar, TUTELAR el derecho fundamental de petición de la señora María del Carmen Balmaceda Vásquez.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Caja Nacional de Previsión CAJANAL -FOPEP- que, a más tardar dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, si ya no lo hubiere hecho, resuelva de fondo, concreta y completamente, sobre la solicitud hecha hace tiempo por la actora.
- Tercero. Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
