- Primero. Revocar el fallo proferido por la Sala de Casacion Laboral de la Corte Suprema de Justicia dentro del proceso de la referencia, y en su lugar conceder la tutela a Mary Quintero Ramirez por violacion del derecho de peticion, instaurada en contra del Instituto de Seguros Sociales.
- Segundo. Ordenar al Instituto de Seguros Sociales que, si aun no lo ha hecho, resuelva de fondo e integramente el recurso interpuesto por Mary Quintero Ramirez contra la Resolucion Ndeg 0120099 del 2000, por medio del cual se le reconocio su pension de vejez, en un termino que no podra exceder las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificacion del presente fallo.
- Tercero. Librar, por medio de la Secretaria General, las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991. Adicionalmente comunicar el fallo a la Sala de Casacion Civil de la Corte Suprema de Justicia.
