- Primero. CONFIRMAR el fallo proferido el diecinueve (19) de noviembre de dos mil uno (2001), por el Juzgado 1 Civil del Circuito de Medellin, dentro de la accion de tutela instaurada por la senora Nohora Lopera Pena en representacion del menor Wilver Nicolas Tamayo Lopera contra la E.P.S. Coomeva Seccional Medellin.
- Segundo. Se PREVIENE a la E.P.S. Coomeva Seccional Medellin, para que oriente a los usuarios, sobre las entidades a las cuales deben acudir a solicitar los procedimientos medicos y quirurgicos excluidos del Plan Obligatorio de Salud.
- Tercero. Por Secretaria General, librense las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
