- Primero. REVOCAR, por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia, el fallo proferido en el asunto de la referencia por la Sección Cuarta del Tribunal Contencioso Administrativo de Cundinamarca, mediante el cual se negó el amparo invocado.
- En su lugar, se concede la tutela y se ordena a las entidades demandadas no crear obstáculos para la afiliación de sus trabajadores a más de una organización sindical, si así ellos lo quieren, y efectuar los descuentos que sean del caso.
- Segundo. Dar cumplimiento a lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
