- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia de fecha 3 de mayo del 2000, proferida por el Juzgado
- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Armenia, que declaró improcedente la tutela de la referencia, y en su lugar, TUTELAR los derechos fundamentales de petición y debido proceso de la actora.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al ISS-Seccional Caldas que dentro de las 48 horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente sentencia, si no lo ha hecho ya, resuelva el recurso de apelación interpuesto contra la resolución 002109 de 1999, por parte de la actora María Luz Magda Gallego Osorio.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría general, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
