REVOCASE por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia, el fallo proferido por el Juzgado 18 Penal del Circuito de Bogota, en julio once (11) del ano 2000, dentro de la accion de tutela instaurada por medio de apoderado por las senoras Stella Gomez Pardo, Maria Dolores Parra de Diaz, Fanny Betancourt de Grisales y Virginia Diaz Perez, en contra del Departamento de Cundinamarca y el Fondo de Pensiones Publicas de Cundinamarca. En su lugar DENIEGASE el amparo solicitado.
