- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 28 de abril del presente ano, por el Juzgado
- Sexto. Laboral del Circuito de Medellin. En su lugar, TUTELAR el derecho fundamental de peticion de la senora Ruth Ermari Jaramillo Monsalve.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Instituto de Seguros Sociales, para que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificacion de esta providencia, si ya no lo hubiere hecho, resuelva de fondo la peticion ante ella elevada por la senora Ruth Ermari Jaramillo Monsalve.
- Tercero. El desacato a lo ordenado en esta providencia, se sancionara de conformidad con lo senalado en el articulo 52 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaria General, librese la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
