- R E S U E L V E :
- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Puerto López, negando la tutela solicitada por la Personera Municipal de Puerto López en nombre de la señora Clara Inés Cotrino por la vulneración de los derechos fundamentales al trabajo, a la igualdad, al debido proceso y los derechos de los niños, por las razones expuestas en esta sentencia.
- SEGUNDO. COMUNICAR a través de la Secretaría General de la Corte Constitucional el contenido de la sentencia al Juzgado promiscuo Municipal de Puerto López y al peticionario de la presente tutela.
