Primero. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas en el presente fallo, la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Santa Marta.
Segundo. ORDENAR que, por Secretaria General, se informe al Seguro Social sobre la necesidad de que inicie un proceso de revisión de sus manuales y procedimientos de recopilación y análisis de datos en materia pensional, a fin de que hechos como el considerado en esta ocasión no se presenten en el futuro.
Tercero. ORDENAR que por Secretaría General se remita copia del expediente y de esta sentencia a la Defensoría del Pueblo, para lo de su competencia.
Cuarto. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 de Decreto 2591 de 1991.
