Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido el 24 de abril de 2000 por el Juzgado 30 Civil Municipal de Bogotá. En su lugar, TUTELAR los derechos fundamentales al trabajo y al mínimo vital.
Segundo. ORDENAR a la "Promotora de Vacaciones y Recreación Social-PROSOCIAL" que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación de la presente sentencia, cancele a la demandante la totalidad de los salarios adeudados.
Tercero. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
