- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia del Juzgado 21 de Familia de Santafé de Bogotá, de 11 de junio de 1993, por las razones expuestas en esta sentencia. En consecuencia, no se concede la tutela demandada por la señora GLORIA PEREZ RODRIGUEZ, en representación de sus hijas.
- SEGUNDO. SOLICITAR al Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar continuar el seguimiento de la situación de las niñas, de conformidad con su competencia. Sobre su actuación, el Instituto informará al Juzgado 21 de Familia de esta ciudad.
- TERCERO. Advertir al señor CESAR OSWALDO GRANDA REINOSO que debe abstenerse de incurrir en cualquier conducta en perjuicio de sus hijas menores.
- CUARTO. Comunicar la presente sentencia al Juzgado 21 de Familia de esta ciudad, para que sea notificada a las partes, de conformidad con lo dispuesto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
