CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, la sentencia proferida por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Medellín, de fecha 15 de agosto de 2001, dentro de la tutela instaurada por la señora Nohelia Rico, contra la Dirección Seccional de Salud de Antioquia y la E.S.E. Hospital Marco Fidel Suárez de la ciudad de Bello (Antioquia).
- Segundo. Por Secretaria General, líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
