Laboral del Circuito de Neiva de fecha 12 de junio de 2001, y la sentencia de la Sala Civil Familia Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Neiva, de fecha 12 de julio de 2001, por las cuales se denegó la protección suplicada por Delfín Losada Muñoz en representación de la señora Adelina Muñoz de Losada contra el Municipio de Rivera Huila, pero por las razones expuestas en esta sentencia.
- Segundo. Por Secretaria General, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
