  1. Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala de Casacion Civil y Agraria de la Corte Suprema de Justicia el 20 de agosto de 1998, por medio de la cual se tutelaron los derechos al debido proceso y la propiedad de la sociedad Bancolombia S. A.
  2. Segundo. ORDENAR remitir copia de esta providencia, y de la sentencia contra la cual se instauro la accion de tutela, a la Fiscalia General de la Nacion, para lo de su competencia.
  3. Tercero. COMUNICAR esta providencia al Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafe de Bogota para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
