- PRIMERO. PENAL MUNICIPAL DE CHIQUINQUIRA, en accion de tutela instaurada por el senor Jose Edilberto Sanchez Castellanos en contra de la Resolucion No. 050 (Octubre 8 de 1.992) del senor Rector del Seminario Menor Diocesano de Chiquinquira.
- Articulo 2.- Procedimiento. Librese comunicacion al Juzgado
- Primero. Penal Municipal de Chiquinquira, para que se surta la notificacion de esta providencia, segun lo establecido en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1.991.
