- PRIMERO. REVOCANSE las sentencias proferidas por el Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca el día 22 de julio de 1993, y por el Consejo de Estado el día 15 de septiembre de 1993, para decidir sobre la tutela de la referencia.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDESE, la tutela impetrada por la violación del derecho fundamental de petición. En tal virtud, se ordena al DEPARTAMENTO ADMINISTRATIVO DE CATASTRO DISTRITAL, resolver la solicitud elevada por la SOCIEDAD LILIA MONCADA e HIJOS S. en C., en el improrrogable término de cuarenta y ocho (48), contado a partir de la notificación de esta sentencia.
- TERCERO. LIBRENSE, por Secretaría las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991 para los efectos allí contemplados.
