  1. Primero. Por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva de esta providencia, REVOCANSE las decisiones proferidas por el Juzgado
  2. Primero. Laboral del Circuito y Tribunal Superior Sala Laboral de Medellín, mediante las cuales se negó el amparo de tutela invocado por el demandante, y TUTELASE el derecho a la seguridad social, del señor AGUSTÍN DUGLAS BONETE ALVAREZ, en conexidad con el mínimo vital.
  3. Segundo. ORDENASE al Instituto de los Seguros Sociales Seccional Medellín, que, si a la fecha de notificación de esta providencia, no ha dado cumplimiento a lo que se le ha ordenado en la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
  4. Segundo. Laboral del Circuito de Medellín, en lo referente al reconocimiento de la pensión del señor AGUSTIN DUGLAS BONETE ALVAREZ, y su respectiva inclusión en nómina, lo haga en el término perentorio e improrrogable de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas so pena de incurrir en las sanciones que contempla el artículo 52 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
  5. Tercero. LIBRENSE, por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
